Our Leatherhead office, based near Epsom and the M25 in Surrey, is home to a number of our Downstream businesses including Fuels Marketing, Aviation, I.T., and Business Service functions such as Controllers and HR. Leatherhead is also home to many of our upstream organisations, including Geoscience, Production and Gas and Power Marketing.

Bulk production of both Esso and Mobil lubricants takes place at our fully automated blending plant at Purfleet in Essex. The plant is highly operations focused and is a key part of the European lubricants operation.

Many of our Upstream functions are located in our London offices, including Geoscience, Production and Gas Marketing.

Dublin hosts a Fuels Marketing operation and a Lubricants Blending Plant, supported by the necessary business and management service functions.

ExxonMobil Chemical's Fife Ethylene Plant, located on the east coast of Scotland, is one of the largest and most modern ethylene plants in Europe. It has an annual production of over 800,000 tonnes of ethylene which is widely used in the production of everyday articles from washing up liquids to car components. Much of the ethylene is used as a high-quality feedstock in our European polymers businesses.

Mobil North Sea Limited operates an onshore gas processing facility at St Fergus in Scotland, 40 miles north of Aberdeen.

The Production offices of Mobil North Sea Limited are in Aberdeen. MNSL operates oil and gas fields in the northern and southern sectors of the North Sea, as well as the gas processing plant at St Fergus.
