Terms and conditions Thoughtful Driving Acquisition Offer 500 Nectar points (the “Offer”)

1. This Offer to receive 500 Nectar points (“Bonus points”) is open to all Nectar card holders’ residents in the United Kingdom who are new to register to the Esso Thoughtful Driving platform during the Offer Window as set out below.
2. The Offer is valid 1st September to 23:59:59 12th October 2025 (“Offer Window”).
3. To enter the Offer, simply sign-up to the Esso Thoughtful Driving platform by visiting https://www.pages06.net/exxonmobil/EssoMain500/
4. After signing up to the Esso Thoughtful Driving platform the participant will receive a 6-digit unique code sent to the email provided when signing up.
5. Bonus points can be claimed by entering the correct 6-digit unique code to the Nectar/Esso landing page which will be provided by Esso in a separate email upon completion of sign up.
6. Bonus points will only be awarded to the registered account holder of the Nectar card who input the correct 6-digit unique code.
7. Only one 6-digit unique code can be redeemed per Nectar account.
8. Points will be awarded within 28 days of the end of the Offer Window. Bonus points will be credited to the Nectar account by Nectar 360 Limited and included in the statement for redemption via existing Nectar redemption options.
9. Bonus points are non-transferable and there are no cash or prize alternatives available. Nectar points cannot be awarded retrospectively.
10. Employees of the Promoter, Nectar Loyalty Ltd or any subsidiary, third party company or agency directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion may only participate in this Offer in a personal capacity. Esso reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
11. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Offer at any stage where it becomes necessary to do so (including, but not limited to suspension arising out of non-availability of the Thoughtful Driving platform, Esso App or technical failure generally in relation to the Offer). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Promoter of this Offer shall not entitle an entrant to any claim or compensation from the Promoter or any ExxonMobil group companies for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by an entrant as a direct or indirect result.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any participants of this Offer wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
14. Data Protection – Any use of your data in participating in the Offer is subject to the data protection policy included in the sign up to the Thoughtful Driving platform.
