Esso Satisfaction Survey Terms and Conditions

  1. The draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Esso Petroleum Company, Limited, its branded distributers and their immediate families or agents. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
  2. To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form at myessofeedback.co.uk No other types of entry will be accepted.
  3. The final closing date for all entries is 23:59 on Wednesday 1st September 2021.
  4. Only one prize from the prize draw allowed per household.
  5. No purchase necessary to enter into the draw. A purchase of any value is required at a participating Esso branded service station offering Nectar points to redeem the prize.
  6. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, participants accept and agree to be bound by the rules.
  7. The prize is 10,000 Nectar points.
  8. There will be one prize each calendar quarter. The first calendar quarter shall commence in April 2020 and end in June 2020. The prize draw for the calendar quarter just ended will take place during the following months (July, October, January, April) until the closing date. Each calendar quarter shall end at 23:59 on the day before the prize draw for that calendar quarter.
  9. The prize draw is only available to UK resident participants aged 18 or over and taking part in the online survey programme and whom provide a valid email address.
  10. The winner for each calendar quarter will be selected at random by the Administrator from all valid entries received during that calendar quarter. Entries will be entered into the draw for the calendar quarter in which they are received. Entries received after the final closing date of Wednesday 1st September 2021 will not be valid. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted or which are delayed.
  13. Winners will be notified by email on the day following the prize draw. Winners will be issued with a coupon via recorded delivery post. The coupon can be scanned upon their next purchase at a participating Esso branded service station offering Nectar points. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner or the prize is not collected, an alternative winner may be drawn at random and the Promoter shall have no liability to the original winner.
  14. To redeem the prize of Nectar points a valid Nectar account is required. If participants do not currently hold a Nectar account, they can sign up by visiting Nectar.com
  15. The Promoter is Esso Petroleum Company, Limited.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the promotion at any stage where it becomes necessary to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Promoter of this promotion shall not entitle an entrant to any claim or compensation from the Promoter or any ExxonMobil group companies for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by an entrant as a direct or indirect result.
  17. Data collected from the survey including, but not limited to, email address & contact details shall be used for the purposes of customer experience enhancements, notification of potential prize draw winners or responding to specific matters arising from participant feedback by Esso customer care. Esso will not use data for marketing activities outside of those aforementioned. Any personal data held shall be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled.
