How to collect Nectar points with Esso

    Collect Nectar points every time you fill up at a participating Esso service station.

    Refresh your car, top up your Nectar points. Go through the car wash at one of our participating service stations and get points when you pay.

    How to collect

    When you go to pay, simply use the Esso App or your Nectar card and the points will be added to your account automatically.

Paying for fuel and collecting Nectar points is easy with the Esso App. Simply link your card to your account and the next time you use the app to pay at a participating Esso service station, your points will be added automatically. Sign up today and receive 1000 points on your next fill.

You can also swap 300 Nectar points to get 5p off per litre when you pay in store or via the app.

    Step 1

    Download and set up the Esso App at home (it only takes a few minutes). Don’t forget to link your Nectar card to your account.

    Step 2

    Next time you fill up at an Esso service station, open the Esso App, let it find your location and select your pump.

    Step 3

    Select your payment option for secure, one touch payment. Then fill up as normal.

    When you’ve filled up, you will receive confirmation that your transaction was successful and a receipt will be available in your History. That’s it!

Terms and Conditions

  1. In addition to Esso’s own terms and conditions of use of Nectar card and issuance or spending of Nectar points at participating Esso branded service stations, general Nectar terms and conditions (and the Nectar privacy policy) apply to the use of Nectar card and collection or redemption of Nectar points and can be found at: https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal/terms-of-use.
  2. Esso may collect personal data in relation to questions submitted to its Customer Care department, to which the following privacy terms apply: website privacy policy or in relation to Nectar account information uploaded into the 'Esso App', in relation to which the following privacy terms apply: Esso App privacy policy.
  3. Esso reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or change the ability to collect and or redeem Nectar points at Esso branded service stations without notice (including, but not limited to suspension arising out of non-availability of the App or technical failure generally or at a particular Esso branded service station). Esso shall not be responsible for any losses suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or change in the availability of the Nectar scheme at Esso branded service stations. Nothing in these terms shall limit Esso’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
  4. The terms and conditions for use of Nectar card and issuance or spending of Nectar points at participating Esso branded service stations may be amended, varied and/or supplemented by Esso Petroleum Company, Limited (“Esso”) at any time in its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
  1. This promotion is open to all Nectar card holders resident in the United Kingdom who make a Qualifying Purchase between 00.01 on 6 June 2024 and 23:59 on 26 September 2024.
  2. To enter the promotion, simply make a Qualifying Purchase by buying 1L or more of fuel or no less than the minimum delivery amount at the site in one transaction at participating Esso branded stations that accept the Nectar card and present your Nectar card at the time of payment. Alternatively, pay for your Qualifying Purchase using the Esso App at Esso sites participating in the Nectar scheme. For Esso App purchases the Nectar card must be added to the Esso App account prior to the transaction.
  3. The prize available is an e-bike and 5000 bonus Nectar loyalty points, and will only be awarded to the registered account holder of the Nectar card presented at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.
  4. Winners will be chosen by computer algorithm to award an average of 1 prize per day of the campaign.
  5. Winners will be notified that they have won by Email from the loyalty partner. An Email notification will be sent to winners within 14 days of the Qualifying Purchase to the Email address held by the Nectar card scheme.
  6. The notification Email will detail how to claim the e-bike. The e-bike will be sent out to all winners within 28 days after the competition has ended, or 28 days after the winner has provided their details (whichever is the later). If the winner has not provided their details to claim their e-bike within four weeks of the email been sent the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and the Promoter may use the prize for other purposes at their discretion.
  7. Bonus loyalty points are non-transferable and there are no cash or prize alternatives available. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  9. Esso will not publish any personal information about the winners.
  10. Participants in this promotion should ensure that their Nectar card is registered and includes current Email address details.
  11. One entry per Qualifying Purchase.
  12. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

  13. The Promoter’s decision is binding and final on all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Promoter is Esso Petroleum Company, Limited.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the promotion at any stage where it becomes necessary to do so (including, but not limited to suspension arising out of non-availability of the Esso App or technical failure generally or at a particular site). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Promoter of this promotion shall not entitle an entrant to any claim or compensation from the Promoter or any ExxonMobil group companies for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by an entrant as a direct or indirect result.
